Ella Fitzgerald Birthday Celebration
This event was held on friday May 29th 1992 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills .This was a once in a life time event.  The guests, at this event were the who's who  of jazz.  Many of the artists that attended I got to meet such as, Henry Mancini, Joe Williams, James Moody and Ella herself who actually came up to me because she had recognized me from when we met previously at Muhammed Ali’s 50th Birthday Special. The rest, I admired from afar.  The night was spectacular.

To top off the evening Ella actually came up onto the stage and sang.  
This was a surprise to everyone.  She sounded as good as she did 50 years ago.
It was unbelievable.
